Max King Events had the opportunity to enter the exciting world of weddings and be a sponsor of Perfect Wedding Guide’s September
Showcase. Brides were able to pay an additional cost in order to enter the tradeshow early and get exclusive access into the VIP room with a special “Enchanted Forest” theme.
The entire room was immersed in green up-lighting and complimented by canopy string lights hanging above.
Our tiered fountain accompanied by our park-style benches and street lamps were the center focal point of the room, creating a whimsical garden feel.
Once inside, brides walked along our 16 foot bridge to explore the second half of the exclusive space and enjoy the entertainment.
Elegant gold letters reading, “Once Upon a Time” were displayed across our hedgerow walls that were paired with a charming sweetheart table, surrounded by our white bistro sets. Our white vendor cart was positioned in a corner to create a stunning display of floral arrangements.
Our team was able to demonstrate the wide variety of ways to utilize our over-sized gold frames. One frame was used to present the DJ as a work of art, another as a hanging cupcake display, and one as an interactive photo op.
Max King Events was honored to partner with Perfect Wedding Guide and A Rose Designs Events in order to contribute to the theme that was created for their VIP’s. MKE is looking forward to using more of our décor to create personalized wedding concepts.
