The popular “Twilight” movies have boosted the popularity of the enchanted forest look, and the MKE team was given the challenge to outfit the modern Heaven Event Center to reflect the romantic vampire look for a Sweet 16 birthday party. See the photos below for our version of a “Twilight” event concept!
Castle rock columns were the support of a wrought iron header, complete with dimensional lettering for the party title. A spooky gate tangled in vines was decorated with a custom monogram of the birthday girl’s initials, adding a personal touch to the greeting!
As guests entered the main hall of the venue, “aged stone” columns were centrally located through the space and paired with perimeter candle wall units to add a haunting glow. The tables were decorated in alternating burgundy and gun metal linens, and centerpieces were created from an eclectic mix of lanterns and lamps.
A stage background was assembled using our faux castle rock walls, flanked with “stone” columns that were topped with haunting gargoyles!
Our 10′ long wood and wrought iron buffet tables served as the perfect food display space for the featured menu. A dessert buffet area was a key feature to the romantic enchanted forest look as a 10′ high “tree” was the backdrop to a mixed wood table top with stucco column leg supports. A gift table was assembled using the same stucco supports and wood table top, and backed with the faux wrought iron gate sections to complete the vignette.
