The Max King Events team traveled to the beautiful Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort for the Regal Marine 2012 International Dealer Conference, where we collaborated to create an event environment as unique as the company’s slogan, Follow No One. Follow the blog post as we reflect on a memorable and picturesque event!
For the welcome reception, the attendees were greeted poolside by our elegant double-sided pickled bamboo entry, complete with the company logo and event title for the tropical-themed evening. Perimeter tiki torches, nautical pylon centerpieces, and tropical tiki bars complimented the lush tropical surroundings and stood perfectly next to the main decor feature-an actual Regal boat suspended in the middle of the resort pool!
The Regal team chose a Denim & Diamonds theme for the final evening awards dinner to celebrate the successes of the dealers all over the world. The entry arch to the ballroom was paired with silver spiral columns topped with a dimensional Regal “R”, the event title, and finished with shimmer denim fabric swags!
Once the conference attendees entered the ballroom, they were greeted with an event space washed in complimentary blue accent lighting. The stage was flanked with pairs of grand silver spiral columns draped with denim fabric swags. The tables were accented with custom denim table runners, provided by Over the Top Rental Linens, and centerpieces focused around an engraved glass vase with the Regal “R” filled with various sized “diamonds” and candles.
The MKE team hopes to “follow” Regal Marine into 2013 with future event partnerships!
