Gettin’ Swampy and Rockin’ Out with Blue Spark Event Design

The MKE team had a fabulous time collaborating with Heather Pilcher from Blue Spark Event Design  on two incredible theme concepts for a welcome reception and final celebration. We decided to create a swamp party for the first event, and a rock n’ roll concert night for the final evening. Luckily Heather loved to go ALL OUT with themes, just like we do, so we were able to have ALOT of fun with these events!

We featured every icon from our swamp party…the Airboat Vignette, Rusty Redneck Buffet, Flatboat Stations, Froggin’ Camper…And the list goes on and on! Each decor piece was completely trimmed out with tongue n’ cheek accent decor, including random boat motors, nets, license plates, red solo cup string lighting, and the like,  to really make it feel like an authentic bayou swamp event!

We even gave our tropical Bimini Bar a “backwater makeover” so that it would fit into the swamp theme. A custom sign on top and accent decor was all it took to transform this incredible 4-sided bar surround to coordinate perfectly with the surroundings.

For the final evening, the group truly ROCKED OUT! All of our guitars in inventory made an appearance at the concert night. We set up our perimeter enhancements, guitar hi-boys, truss & guitar neck entry, and our totally unique center room Bar Colossus! To really make the bar even more awesome, we added 2 of our brand new guitars to the center pedestal to make a true statement that the night was going to ROCK!

The night ended on a sweet note as the guests were able to take home candy and other delicious delectables from our very own candy wall display!

We absolutely loved working with Blue Spark Event Design on these events, and look forward to the future opportunities to work together again soon!
